General construction

The five-storey house built at the beginning of the 70’s was renovated in 2008. 60 apartments were completed: 9 of 3-rooms, 38 of 2-rooms and 13 of 1-rooms, located on a property of 2767 m2. In the existing building, the supporting structure, the interlayer panels and the intermediate side walls remained.

The apartments were fitted with manual regulation of central heating water radiators, hot and cold water meters. Ventilation takes place in the ventilation valves in the window frames and in wet rooms. The bathrooms were equipped with electric floor heating.

The apartments have a standard number of power sockets, 1 antenna and 1 telephone jack. Each apartment has a power cabinet with a fault current protection. The front door of the building opens with a phonelock.

The renovation and construction of the building was based on the standard documents “Dwelling Requirements” (ET-1 0301-0285); Water, heating, ventilation and sewage, designing appropriate design standards. All construction and finishing materials are certified according to construction and health standards.

Ceilings – white water emulsion, bathroom / WC modular panel ceiling 60 × 60 cm

Rental

All vacant apartments are currently covered by fixed-term lease agreements. This is a good opportunity to acquire an apartment as an investment, as it is guaranteed a stable rental income.
